Just Plain Pix

Head on Into Mutton Busting is the first in my rodeo series.  Mutton busting is the precursor to bull riding.  The youngest children ride the sheep, while the older ones graduate to calf riding. It is one of the most popular events at the smaller rodeos and I'm not sure who has more fun, the parents or the kids.  This painting is 18" x 24" and is done on LaCarte paper.
